Sehsucht [Visual Addiction] was founded by Martin Woelke and Ole Peters in the year 2000 and employs over 30 creative heads in the Hamburg-based office.
The German animation & motion design label offers storytelling and live action, post production services (such as compositing, 3D animation, visual effects, editing) plus conception and creation of motion design, CI endings, broadcast design and title sequences.

Some of their awards for creative excellence are: Clio and ADC, One Show, LIAA, D&AD, Epica, Eurobest, NY Festival, BDA, Andy Award and Red Dot (plus German awards like ADC Germany, Die Klappe, Spotlight, VDW and Red Dot Design Award). "Sounds of Summer" for Mercedes-Benz was honored with a Cannes gold lion and the Golden Award of Montreux. "Symphony in Red" for concert hall Dortmund and "Work" for Sparkasse Financial Services have recently been awarded with some more creative awards.
In late 2009, Sehsucht expanded to Berlin and opened an office in the German capital, the emerging creative center of Europe. Mate Steinforth, the internationally renowned designer-director and former Creative Director at PSYOP New York, manages the Berlin branch as creative lead together with Managing Director Martin Woelke.
